I had the pleasure of working with Pedro from 1992 when he came to live at 2 Spruce Street until I retired from NY state in 2012. He was a wonderful human being and he made me happy every day that I was with him. He was a splendid man with a great sense of humor. I will miss him but my memories of him I will have forever.
