Q: What was one of your favorite qualities of Charles?
A: I have a lot of fond memories when I was young spending time with my Uncle Charles, cousins Ann and Stephen. My Uncle was a kind, caring person who always cherished family. We kept in touch throughout the years from afar. He was the last surviving relative in my mom's family and it is now the end of an era. Rest in peace Uncle Charles. Love, Kathy (Iovine) Pittard

We are so saddened to hear of Charlie's passing. Charlie had been our camp neighbor at Higley for many years. He actually had worked with my grandfather Joseph Garcia at the NYS Power Authority. Charlie was a great friend & neighbor. He was always looking after our camp during the Winter months when we were not there.
Please accept our deepest sympathy & condolences.

Stephen and Anne, I have fond memories as a child of going with my family for a visit to Aunt Julia and Uncle Chuck’s house in Norwood or the Camp on the river in Parishville. When I grew up, I joined the IBEW, and my first job as an apprentice was working for Uncle Charlie at the new Ames store in Ogdensburg. He was a good man, sorry to hear of his passing. Joe Trivilino

Dear Anne , I am saddened to hear of your dad passing . I will always remember how our parents kept an eye out for us on our weekend excursions . My dad lived to be 90 and passes a couple months after his birthday . Sometimes I wish we could go back . We sure had a lot of fun back in the day . Love and hugs to you and your family ! Cindy
