Words can never express how much someone means to us until they are removed from our lives physically, Aunt Jean will live on in our hearts and in our memories for lifetimes to come. I am so sorry for your loss and wish I could be there in person to express my sympathy and share fond memories growing up with all of you in my life.
Phil, Charlene, Ken, Dan, Josh, and Mitch.

Gram always kept her home warm and comfortable, open to family. She loved her family and kept pictures up of them everywhere. She loved to laugh and was quick to laugh. I'll always remember all of her delightful colloquialisms such as "Heavens to Mergutory!," "Well dear, the Indians are on the warpath again," and "Blacker than Toby's butt!" She loved music and loved to listen to me practice guitar. She always had interesting friends and I knew wherever she took me as a child, I would be somehow entertained whether it was Frank Farnsworth's ghost house or Jean Hart's where Ladies Home Bureau took place. And when I was a teenager Gram and Grandpa were at most of my games, making me one of the only kids with a little fanclub. Around that time, Mom would have them for dinner quite a bit. One time Gram was eating a pad of butter that she thought was mashed potatoes. She was acting kind of strange and finally said they tasted funny. I think she'd eaten two straight tablespoon of butter, at least! I considered it a blessing to live with her for eight years. Eating at the China Doll, watching the birds go nuts out in the snow after I fed them and watching Magnum P.I. were a few of our favorite things. Part of me was upset that I could not be at the service today because she is such an important person in my life but I can feel that she would want us all to be happy and celebrate today and not let regret have any part. She has many loved ones who have gone before so there's nothing to fear. I feel so very blessed that she was my grandma.
