Anna was a lovely, classy lady and a dear friend. She, Gisela Peck, and I raised our children on the flats just outside of Colton. We often got together over a cup of coffee or tea. These meetings almost always ensured a lot of laughter. Even though we all moved away from the area, we still kept in contact monthly and sometimes weekly, (usually by phone) to share life`s experiences. Just before leaving for Florida this year, Anna, Connie, Bill and I enjoyed dinner at Jakes on the water. We did a lot of reminiscing about our fun together as couples, especially snowmobiling with the Terry & Donna Brockway, Larry & Gisela Peck, and Mike and Gwen Cittie. Gene was also a great friend and a wonderful husband to Anna. I will miss Anna ever so much, but I know Anna is happy in Heaven with Gene and Bobby. She had a very strong faith in our Savior. I wiill always cherish the wonderful times spent with this lovely and faithful friend.
