Sending along my condolences to Joan’s family. I have followed in Joan’s footsteps at SUNY Potsdam and always enjoyed chatting with about all the changes at work. She was also a family friend and one of the kindest ladies I knew. She loved talking about her grandkids and family. Rest in peace Joan.
