To Phyllis’ family, please accept my deepest condolences on her passing. I knew Phyllis when she was raising some of her grandchildren in Madrid area. She was a strong, caring, determined and skilled woman. I admired her greatly and regret having lost track of her. I am so sorry for your loss.
