I was the RN in the first Sunmount IRA that Merrill lived in at Madrid NY in 1985. I was involved with his care until I retired in 2012. He held my two month old nephew in 1989 and was so gentle. He was my friend. I saw his baby pictures. He was a good person. I will miss his spirit.
