SOUTH COLTON – Funeral services for Judith E. Wolf McNamara will be held Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at 4:30 p.m. at St., Patrick's Church in Colton with Rev. Stephen Rocker presiding. A luncheon will be held at St. Patrick's Parish Center hosted by the Altar and Rosary Society following the services. Family and friends may call at the Buck Funeral Home in Colton on Tuesday from 2-4 p.m. Mrs. McNamara passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at the age of 80, while residing at the home of her daughter, Diane surrounded by her loving family and her life companion Ed McCarthy.
Judy is survived by a son, David R. Wolf, Glens Falls; her three daughters, Diane L. Wolf, Colton; Barbara J. and Steven Celeste, Glens Falls; Beth Ann and William Coates, Queensbury; her seven beloved grandchildren, William, Joseph and Jami Celeste, Robert and Brianna Beaulieu, and Billy and Emily Coates. Judy is also survived by her two brothers Jack Graham and Thomas and Mary Little, both of Buffalo; several nieces and nephews and her companion for the last twelve years, Edward McCarthy, of Colton. Judy was pre-deceased by her parents, her first husband Robert O. Wolf and a brother Robert Graham.
Born in Buffalo, NY September 28th, 1937 to the late Jack E. and Leona Hait Graham, Judy married Robert O. Wolf on July 27th, 1956. Robert later passed away on February 18th, 1983. A later marriage to Don McNamara ended in divorce. Judy worked as a teacher's assistant for the Colton-Pierrepont Central School District for 26 years, retiring in 2001. She was a past member of the St. Patrick's Church Altar and Rosary Society and the Parishville Amvets Ladies Auxiliary. Judy loved traveling and vacation in Myrtle Beach, spending time with her family and friends. She leaves behind many dear friends both here at home as well as in Myrtle Beach. Memorial Donation in Judy's memory can be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of the St. Lawrence Valley or to the St. Patrick's Altar and Rosary Society and memories and condolences may be shared online as www.buckfuneralhome.com.
