NORWOOD—In keeping with his wishes, there will be no services at this time for 82 year old Clark A. Warner, a resident of 170 Old Market Road, Norwood. Mr. Warner passed away suddenly on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at his home. Clark is survived by his wife of 63 years, Barbara, Norwood; a son, Gregory and Kimberley Clark, Kalamazoo, MI; Betsy Farnsworth, Norfolk; his four beloved grandchildren, Brianna, Cameron, Tyler and Lindsay and his sister, Diane O'Connor, North Syracuse.
Born in Potsdam, NY on December 1, 1934 to the late Walter L. and Hilda H. Clark Warner, Clark graduated from High School and married Barbara A. Cameron on July 24, 1954. He later served in the U.S. Army both active and in the reserves from 1957-1963. Clark worked as a Veterinary Tech at the Bixby Animal Clinic in Norfolk from 1971 until his retirement in 1998. He was a member of the Norfolk Methodist Church, the Rock Haven Gang in South Colton, the Barber Shop Harmony Society, the Empire State Travel Trailer Club, a member of the Norfolk Museum Board of Directors and the National Ski Patrol. Clark loved the outdoors, as he enjoyed hunting, camping, hiking, canoeing, kayaking and skiing, all of which he did until a couple years ago.
