NORFOLK—There will be no services at this time for 83 year old Robert K. Van Kennen, a resident of North Main Street, Norfolk. Mr. Van Kennen passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at the St. Regis Nursing Home in Massena. Bob is survived by several nieces and nephews and was pre-deceased by his four brothers, William, Francis, Phil and Jacque. Born in Norfolk, NY on June 25, 1932 to the late Karl and Goldie Hosmer Van Kennen, Bob served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict and earned a Bronze Star. He was a self-employed farmer, working locally all his life. Memorial Donations in his memory can be made to a charity of one’s choice and memories and condolences may be shared online at www.buckfuneralhome.com . the Buck Funeral Home in Norfolk is serving the family of Robert K.
