Dear Jean and Family,
I am so very sorry to hear of Walters passing. He was such a wonderful man, always a smile for people and always willing to lend a helping hand. I only got to know him later in life as I got to reconnect with Aunt Phylena, he welcomed me into his home and family as if we had known each other all of our lives. I will miss him dearly and can only imagine the pain you you are all going thru. I am so very sorry I am just finding out of his passing but will have you all in my prayers

I'm so sorry to hear of Walt's passing. He was a wonderful man and an expert orchardist. I always enjoyed the apples he sold at the Canton Farmers' Market. I knew him there when I was director of GardenShare, to which he was a great friend and supporter. The market will not be the same without him. My heartfelt condolences to Jean and family.

Dear Shyne family,
We are so sorry for your loss. I brought my sons each year to pick or purchase apples. My youngest son would ask Walter numerous questions regarding the growing of the trees and the apples they produced. His apples fed alot of people over his lifetime. I know we will miss him.

I met Walt at the Canton Farmer's Market where he was selling apples. I could tell him what I liked in an apple and he would suggest a variety that always met my expectaions. He was a genuinely nice man, quick with a smile, and ready to talk apples. He will be missed.

May Walter's family and friends be comforted by God's promise to "swallow up death forever...and wipe away the tears from all faces" (Isaiah 25:8). Along with the promise of a time soon when 'no resident will say " I am sick" (Isaiah 33:24) "Remember the Resurrection hope for both righteous and unrighteous" (Acts 24:15)

I meant to type Walter instead of Frank in the below thoughts. I apologize for typing the incorrect name. I meant no disrespect.

Our thoughts are with Jean, the family, and friends of Walter. We were not fortunate to meet Frank, nor many of his family, and without intent to exclude sentiment to the whole family, I posthumously thank Frank, and Jean for bringing his son Ed into our lives. Frank's greatness and integrity is evident to me as those traits continue to live on through his family.

You will be missed but never forgotten. Family and friends loved you very much but not as much as GOD does. May GOD put his arms around Jean, the children and grandchildren that they may feel HIS love also.
