Jim, our long-time friend and colleague in the Democratic vineyards, was a true gentleman, always warm, positive and humble. He practiced his faith consistently with good works for his family, his community and his county. He is today a role model and mirror to us all and of all ages, especially to his family, friends, co-workers and fellow citizens.
