Obituary of Janet M. Queor

NORWOOD—Graveside services for 77 year old Janet M. Queor, 11 High Street, Norwood, will be held at a later date in Riverside Cemetery, Norwood. Mrs. Queor passed away early Friday morning at the Canton-Potsdam Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Janet is survived by her three children, daughters Sharon Cofer and her fiancé Jeffrey Lanning, Norwood; Angela and Scott Garrow, Norfolk and a son, Robert and Lori Queor Jr., Norfolk. Janet is also survived by her four grandchildren, Heather Osoway, Michael Osoway, Nicolas Queor and Ashlinn Queor; her brothers Donald Gonyea, Norwood; Bernard Gonyea, Edwards and her sisters Kathleen Fitzpatrick, South Colton and Patricia Marselis, Norwood. Janet was pre-deceased by her brothers Robert, William, Francis, Lawrence, Lewis and her sisters Elizabeth Farmer and Helen Rindal. Born in Potsdam on August 30, 1936 to the late Clarence and Luella Arquitte Gonyea, a marriage to Robert Queor on August 3, 1962 ended in divorce. Janet worked in the retail field and was a homemaker who loved doing crafts. Memorial Donations can be made to the American Cancer Society or to a charity of one’s choice.
