Eddie and family,
I want you to know how wonderful I thought Janet was. In the 10 years I spent as a waitress at the Hide A Way Cafe (Higley Diner) Janet was always one of my favorite customers. I looked forward to seeing Janet and Eddie every day with their coffee ready, her soup extra hot and oyster crackers then some fresh dessert, even though she always told me "it's not good for me but maybe just today". I loved the conversations we would have and I enjoyed seeing her when her children could join her. I miss your storied Eddie. What an awesome 60 years you two spent together! Janet you were one amazing woman who touched so many lives, including a special Hospice nurse who is very dear to my heart (my Mama). You will be greatly missed. Eddie take care of yourself. I know how wonderful your family is and that they will help you through this.
