Uncle Johnny will be missed,by all of us his jolly laughter will be remembered,I remember Uncle Johnny marching in the parades, and coming over to milk the cows and fighting to get them in the barn, finally we got them in the barn, to find they won't give any milk, the next day found out the neighbor had already milked them.that was a laugh through out the years.
God Bless Uncle Johnny and all our Love.

Dear John and family, I was saddened to learn of John's passing. I remember John so vividly from when he would be at the Norwood depot to pick up the mail. While waiting for the mail train to arrive, John would engage me and others in conversation and I learned alot about life from him. What a wonderful man!!! Please accept my sincere condolences.

I remember Mr. Wolfe fondly from my childhood on Tiernan Ridge Road near Chase Mills. During the summer one of the daily activities was to watch for the rural delivery mailman. He would hand the mail to us and visit when we were there to run up to car. In later years I always saw him dancing at many outdoor concerts. I hope my life will be as happy as his turned out.

John (Mr. Wolfe to me) was our first Scout Master, he made Troop 12 active and did a lot for Norfolk. He always seemed in a good mood and happy, we'll always remember him that way.
