MADRID Funeral services for 63 year old Linda L. Lanphear of 4892 County Rt. 14, Madrid; will be held Tuesday at 4 PM at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood, with Elder Kenneth Ashley presiding. Burial will be in Hale Cemetery, Norfolk. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 2-4 PM. Mrs. Lanphear died Thursday at Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse.
Surviving are her Husband Martin of Madrid; Two sons; Luke Bell of Hopewell, Virginia and Wesley Bell of Norwood; One daughter; Brenda (Buddy) Brantley of Hopewell, Virginia; Two step-Daughters; Tara Doerr of Dekalb Junction and Katie (Richard) White of Hermon. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; three brothers; David and Manual Bell of Albany and Ronald Bell of Delmar; three sisters; Lois Gittens and Sandraa Taber of Plattsburgh and Shirley Bell of Albany.She was pre-deceased by three brothers Albert, Joseph, and Robert Bell and by two sisters; Beverly Smith and Alberta McIntire.
Born in Albany, New York on July 26, 1949; daughter of Albert and Florence Bryer Bell, she married Martin Lanphear on October 19, 2001. She was a homemaker.
