Please accept my condolences.Phil was not only a great friend, but a devoted fireman. I have many fond memories of Phil, when I was a Deputy Fire Coordinator. When I needed someone, Phil was always there, and willing to do anything for me. May the "Gentle Giant" rest in peace.
