BRASHER FALLS—Graveside services for 41 year old Darren J. Chase, 11 West Main Street, Brasher Falls, and formerly of Franklin, NC, will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in the Coulon Cemetery in Parishville with Rev. Msgr. Robert Aucoin presiding. Calling hours will be held Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at the Buck Funeral Home in Colton. Mr. Chase passed away Tuesday evening at his home. Darren is survived by his wife, Lawanda, Brasher Falls, his two sons, Joseph and Gavin Chase, Brasher Falls, his three daughters, Alexandria Chase, Brasher Falls, Anna M. Chase, Franklin, NC and Fay and Larry Nesbit, Brasher Falls. Darren is also survived by his father, Lawrence Chase, Colton, his three brothers, Richard Chase, Franklin, NC; Rodney and Barb Chase, Heuvelton; Tim and Christine Chase, Franklin, NC and his three sisters, Kathy and Randy Cook, South Colton; Bonnie and Scott Keller, Florida and Liza Baker, Hopkinton. Born in Potsdam on September 27, 1969 to Lawrence E. and the late Mildred M. Hammond Chase, he married Lawanda Wells on November 19, 1988. He worked as a Department Manager for 5 years at Wal-Mart in North Carolina. He was an Arborist in North Carolina and was a past member of the Tri-Town Rescue Squad and Helena First Responders.
