NORWOOD-- Susan A. Barter, 77, of Buffalo, NY, passed away Sunday afternoon at the home of her daughter Jacqueline Richard on County Route 48, Norwood, where she resided for two months. Also surviving are her husband Richard Barter of Buffalo. There will be no services at this time. Donations can be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley.
