NORWOOD Funeral services for 78 year old Nancy L. Beamish, of the St. Regis Nursing Home in Massena and formerly 422 Mayfield Drive in Potsdam and Norwood will be held Saturday at 4 pm at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood with Deacon Margaret Theodore, pastor of the Norwood Episcopal Church presiding. Burial will take place in Riverside cemetery, Norwood. Friends may call at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood on Saturday from 1 pm until the time of the funeral.
Nancy is survived by her four sons, Jeffrey and his companion Nadene Case of Saranac Lake, Michael and Holly Beamish, Louisville, Allen Beamish, Malone, Patrick Beamish, Utah, her two daughters, Barbara Beamish, Parishville and Mrs. Dean Margaret Swink, Blakesley, PA and her ten grandchildren. Nancy was pre-deceased by her brothers Howard, Don, David, Paul, Warren and her sister Eunice Evans.
Born in Ogdensburg on March 9, 1931 to Rueban and Gertrude Woods Morley, she was a homemaker, and a member of the Norwood Episcopal Church. She enjoyed gardening, crafts, her grandchildren, and taking care of people.
