NORWOOD Graveside services for 67 year old Karl M. King, of 161 Lakeshore Drive, Norwood, will be held Thursday July 9 at 3 pm in Garfield cemetery in Potsdam with Rev. Msgr. Harry Snow, pastor of St. Andrews Church, Norwood, presiding. Mr. King passed away Wednesday evening at his home. Arrangements are with the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood.
Karl is survived by his wife Maureen, Norwood and two step-daughters, Bridget Sherman, Hammond and Mrs. Jay Karen Hauman, Volushia County, FL and three step grandchildren.
Born in Willsboro, NY on September 26, 1941 to William and Mary Smith King, he married Maureen Newton on September 3, 1988. He was the owner and operator of Kings Heating and Cooling in Norwood. He was a member of the NRA and the Disabled American Veterans. He served in the U.S. Army from 1963-1965. He received a Bronze Star Medal.
